According to this, I'd suggest you either keep trying the install (with luck it might work in the end) or just try another installer file from different sources...

Finally, thanks to webroot support, I have found the solution!
Webroot Internet security complete 7.xxx can only be installed on an english windows operating system. So I changed my windows 7 language from italian to english and everything worked.

But are you now stuck with the english version. Or did you converted back to italian
