I think I recall seeing that there was an error with PG and hyper threading a while back. I just put this new PC together today and it has the hyper thread technology. Is it ok to add PG to my improved PC? (NOTE: This is the same PC, I am not putting on a 2nd one ;))

    Hi Eliot

Jason did modify PG as apparently the way memory is handled is different if the Hyper Threading is on vs off.

However I did extensive testing, with the early version of PG 1.3, as it was quite unstable on my computer. I was never able to establish there was any difference when HT was turn on versus turned off, or that if made any difference relative to the problem. The latest version of the driver fixed all that. PG 1.3 is rock solid now. You should have no problems turning HT on.

    Pete

PS Didn't know about the HT issue at the time, but I remember trying to test Look N Stop. Windows wouldn't even boot.
