Huge problem with unwanted Windows 10 download

    I've got rid of the shield but I'm not sure what worked though.

    I tried uninstalling a random update, then reinstalling it. This got rid of the (Failed) as per my earlier screenshot. I then ran Norton Utilities registry cleaner and PrivaZer, restarted a couple of more times and the shield is gone, hopefully for good.
