    Hi there!

If I have either of HTTPS filtering or IMAPS filtering enabled then either some secure payment websites just dont load and show a blank page, or my Outlook doesn't load my emails properly, works offline.
With these options disabled then they all work fine...

    Any ideaso_O

    Hello,

close all applications (Outlook, web browsers, any other using https),
disable scanning of SSL , restart your system and enable scanning of SSL (do not start mentioned apps), wait for a while so the certificates could be imported.

    Please let us know.

    Thank you.

    P.R.

I am getting the same issue and the only way it works is for me
to set the SSL protocol checking to always scan SSL protocol
and the HTTPS scanner setup to Do not use HTTPS protocol checking
but from my memory of network security at Tafe this is a security compromise what is the issue and is their a more secure work around

Please provide step-by-step instructions how to reproduce the issue, including the web browser and its version as well as exact websites which do not open with SSL scanning enabled.
