HP reports 'higher than expected' failures of some desktop PC motherboards

    Hmmm, I did not see who makes the boards for those systems. ASUS is a major OEM motherboard supplier. So is Foxconn. I am pretty sure HP don't make their own boards.

    My HP Pavilion dv7-4069wm has this problem as well. I sent it to HP for the second time a few days ago.

    on my zx10-r
    has been a issue for a long time with hp motherboards manufactured for them. i have replaced so many capacitors in those boards it crazy
