How to submit bug report? (email from IMAP being multiplied)

    Where would one go to post a bug report or issue to Eset? Should it be a full fledged support ticket or somewhere here?

    Edit: spose I could tell you my issue:

    When I recieve email from my imap server, the message is multiplied 3 times. I have turned off notification to "Infected emails only".

    Edit agan: I should note this is on Windows 7 Build 7100, It doesn't happen on XP. I am using thunderbird as my email client.

    I wouldn't call it a bug. It happens if you use IMAP and the mail server doesn't support UIDPlus extension. A workaround will be implemented in future builds.

    Turn off delivery scan. This should resolve problem.
    You will be still protected because email are scanned by read scan. Of course it has to be on.
