    Hello,

We receive thousands of samples a day. Once received our lab will analzye and update the virus signature database accordingly. Currently we do not provide feedback in response to samples submitted. Is your machine currently infected? Please let me know.

no it's not infected thanks to Eset , I really love that program so much
but last week I tested a virus called " Kiss 2009 " and I thought heuristics would stop it but unfortunately it didn't and my computer was destroyed !
I sent it to Eset support exactly the same way they mentioned in the knowledge base but after 4 days nothing happened the virus is not detected yet
however I sent a PM to Mr.Marcos and he dealed with the problem
and now the virus is detected but all what I want is to make the supoort better
