Is there a way to set a rule with the firewall in "automatic mode" to allow UltraVNC to connect remotely?

What I want to do is be able to connect from my work computer to my home but I'm not able to connect with the firewall in "automatic mode"? Is there a way to create a rule to allow me to do just that?

    TIA

This is only possible in the new v4 "automatic mode with rules" or something similar.

Hi, after setting up UltraVNC be ready for regular patches because this program has a lot of bugs. :thumbd: The latest is at http://www.uvnc.com/download/1054/. Well, it`s not secure and I`d choose another solution...:cautious:

    Which one would you recommend?

    TightVNC?
    Teamviewer?

TeamViewer is great I use it a lot. Never really had any problems with UVNC either. What are these security probs you're talking about?

Security probs are described here http://www.securityfocus.com/archive/1/500632. Pay attention to this: "The vulnerabilities cause a miscalculation of a buffer size on the heap, allowing an attacker to corrupt a VNC client heap and can probably allow code execution (exploitation is very likely).":ninja:

As for me, I use Radmin http://www.google.com/search?q=secure remote access software and I recommend this software because it is secure and has no bugs :thumb:
