How to recover licenses when uninstalling TrueImage 9.1 WS?

    Hi there,

    does anyone know the exact procedure to recover an installed license from a workstation computer. We usually install True Image 9.1 Workstation via remote installation. Now it happens that a computer, where TI_91_WS is installed, has to be installed with a new Windows operating system.
    What will we have to do, to tell the license server, that this license is available again?

    We are very sorry for the delay with the response.

    Please be aware that Acronis License Server ties the license to the computer's MAC address. So, the license will not expire or be re-assigned to the another machine in your network after you uninstall Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation. You can re-install Windows and then install Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation without a problem, as the same license as before will be assigned to this particular computer, unless it's MAC address is changed of course.

    You can find more information on how to use Acronis License Server and Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation in their respective User's Guides.
