How to properly re-install older, working 4.X version

    Would someone please tell me how to properly install the last stable and working ESET AV 4.X version.

    Am I going to have trouble because I've been given a unique password for this unsafe new 5.X version and that 5.X password won't work if I try to install a semi-stable 4.X version?

    You can go to our download page, click on 'Home PC Users (Previous releases)' and download version 4.2.71.2.
