How to make Windows 8 clean install disk on pre-installed system

    Back in the days of XP it was possible to make a recovery CD from your pre-installed system and you could then do a clean reinstall of XP without OEM crap.

    Is this possible with windows 8 that came pre-installed with OEM crap?

    Thanks but seems not for OEM and also I am trying to make a bootable 32 bit is that is UEFI compatibile as it is a tablet.
