how to kill kav floppy accesses?

    kav personal 5.0.227, win98se unofficial sp2

    even if i kill real-time protection kav occasionally accesses the floppy drive. i did set the floppy drive to be excluded, but of course this irrelevant when real-time protection is disabled.

    can someone give me a clue. i tire of hearing (dadadada dadadada dadadada dadadada) kav accessing the floppy drive.
