How to install when virus is currently running

    I just found out there is obviously a virus on my computer as it has hacked my hotmail account and is sending spam to my entire contact list. I shut down the computer as it was sending even after I changed my password on my hotmail.

    I've purchased ESET from my laptop, which is now running currently protected, but how do I install it on my other computer, which does not have it on there at all. I'm thinking I'll have to download, but then it will open up the virus to keep sending the spam.

    Please Help!!!

    Steps to take for an infected PC

    From the ESET Licensing FAQ

    Have you created a scheduled scan, have you run an on-demand scan ? If not, please do so.
