How to do uninstall "Steganos Safe 14" and the release of redeem encryption drive sp

I have a trouble in Steganos Safe 14 the following issues. Please help!

I installed Steganos Safe 14 on my computer, and then i useing Steganos Safe 14 custom functions split out from the C slot 40G encryption space Z: dirve and set a password.

Created complete, i'm ready give a test of the "Steganos Safe 14", i type just set password get this message (An error occurred while opening the safe code: 119).

I tried reinstalling "Steganos Safe 14" but still can not enter. So now my question is how to do redeem has been split to the space 40G of "Steganos Safe 14".

I have used system restore to not installed Steganos Safe 14 point in time, but still can not redeem my split to the "Steganos Safe 14" space 40G. So now what do i do to redeem my space.
