How to create a shortcut that lets a standard user run an app as admin w/o UAC prompt

    So, saved credentials can be used by other programs and also malware? This means that "savecred" should never be used if you don't want to open this HUGE security hole.

    If another program/user/malware uses "runas administrator" to launch a program, then yes the stored admin credentials will be used.
