How do I limit the bandwidth that each computer on my home network uses? It seems as if some use almost all of my available bandwidth robbing others.

This allows you to restrict bandwidth to some machines and not others. Or you may choose to restrict certain types of traffic (HTTP, Peer to peer file sharing etc.).
