How to completely uninstall True Image 9.0?

v 9.0 build 3,633 Win2K

After a year of apparent faultless function, my program would not do a backup today. I tried a couple of times and when it would freeze each time, I decided it would need to be repaired. The repair said it was successful, but the same problem recurred. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall it. When I reinstalled it, I received a message that Acronis True Image Home was not found in the expected place, so I tried repair and uninstall-reinstall. Then I received a message that the registration number could not be found, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again, with the result being that the home could not be found. I then found instructions on how to uninstall the trial version at https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?p=672611, but when I reinstalled after all of that, I received the same situation.

Does anyone know how to uninstall the paid-for version? I am still willing to give it more attempts.
