How to Clear update cache from Remote Admin in 4.2.67?

    I've found a threat saying its not possible to force a client to clear its update cache while in the RAC, but that was in version 4.0. I was wondering if this has changed in 4.2.67 and is possible now? I have clients that won't update without manually clearing the update cache.

    Hi,

    No, currently there's no option to do that remotely - latest version of ERA is 4.0.138.

    If the clients are getting the updates from a local mirror, then I recommend to follow this procedure in case of any update problems:
