I tried (by enabling unsafe settings in EMET) it before and can't boot (because of ATI drivers).
Yesterday, I installed the latest 12.6 ATI drivers after I've read that it now supports ASLR. So I put ASLR always on and no more BSOD at the start. Just like to find out how to know if ASLR is really in "always on" mode aside from the GUI of EMET. Thanks. :D

The only way off the top of my head is Process Explorer from the Sysinternals suite.

You can right click the column names and choose "Select Columns" and enable ASLR Enabled which will show if processes are running ASLR.

I'm sure there are other ways though.
