Using ATI Ver. 8, Bld 937, Windows XP, SP2. Made a good C:\ drive image from old 30GB Hd. Restored same to new 160GB HD using Acronis Bootable Rescue Media Disk. All went well except the new drive now has two partitions: A small partition equal to the size of the 30GB image/old HD and another unallocated partition containing the size of the balance of the new HD. I would like to have the C:\ drive all one 160GB partition containing the restored image. The new 160GB HD was previously formated NTFS with one large partition. It is not clear to me how to do this using Acronis. Any ideas? o_O

You should have used the Clone feature of ATI. You could then have done a manual resizing or allowed TI to do an automatic resizing of partitions. However you can follow Menorcaman's advice for resizing the partition.
