How to block undetected threat via RA

Recently we have been receiving new variants of trojans before they have been added to the latest virus signature database ie yesterday the Win32/Wigon.KQ trojan got through undetected until a signature update came through a few hours later.
As I monitor our generic email addresses ie sales@xxx.com and see these new emails with obvious attachments almost immediately, is it possible in RA to somehow flag these files by name as suspect and roll out to all PCs, until the signature file is updated and detects them?

ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server, which just entered beta, has anti-spam capabilities. Right now, though, there is no such functionality in ESET Remote Administrator.
