How to block ALL outgoing Internet traffic when my VPN connection goes down?

    I am connected to a openvpn server by UDP port 1194. and I would like if the server openvpn goes down, block ALL outgoing internet connections on my computer. can be done? How?

    Hi oscarcar
    Open the Command Prompt and type ipconfig /release then hit enter key to cut [stop] your connection, type exit to close the prompt window.

    Then to reconnect the Internet, reopen the Command Prompt type ipconfig /renew hit enter key, type exit when reconnected close the prompt window.
