How to backup the Acronis Secure Zone?

    I have an OEM computer which comes with a Acronis Secure Zone (Windows Recovery) instead of a Windows Installation CD. I want to back up that zone in case of HDD failure. I tried booting up Ubuntu to copy the two *.tib files from that zone to a NTFS partition. But using the "Validate" feature in True Image in Windows reported that the *.tib files copied are corrupted.

    How can I backup that zone?
