How safe am i from spyware?

    I use the newest version of firefox with Noscript extension to block java, cookie safe extension to block cookies, adblock and adblock auto updater, mcafee site advisor, adaware se, spybot 1.4 with the bad download blocker on, spywareblaster 3.5.1, ewido trial, windows defender
