An interesting article by Krebs that discusses the number of zero days that a well funded attacker can have at any given time.

Essentially, at a minimum, a nation state attacker like the US government will have access to 85 zero days on any day of the week. That is a very conservative minimum, as we don't really know how many they themselves develop - likely quite a large number, as they are the largest group of exploit developers.

It raises a lot of questions for those looking to be protected at all times from all attackers.
