    I only voted 1 (Prevx) as I didn`t think to include the firewall.

    Like a lot here I suppose I have different set-ups as I look after on a number of machines but as far as real time goes, it's like the Sith - 'always 2 there are, no more no less'. If you pick 'em right I can't see why you would need more but each to their own.

    Currently:

    NAV 2011 & OA Premium
    OA++ & Sandboxie (paid)
    Avast Free & Malware Defender
    Shadow Defender & Defensewall
    KIS 2011 & PrevX SOL (koobface....I mean facebook freebie)

    I keep promising to pick 2 and set up all machines similarly but I'm too much of a tinkerer and would end up constantly swapping in & out like a few here. This gives me lots to play with but consistent, high performing machines.

    All where light or application virtualisation is not noted will have Returnil, Shadow Defender or SBIE on demand. All have HMP & MBAM on demand. All have regular Macrium Reflect backups which are as important as anything else.

    Cheers

    Most of the time Avira10 Premium + Sandboxie, sometimes Avira10 Premium + ShadowDefender.

    Currently 1, at most I've had two. I find it hard to understand how many people can run 5 or more security programs without slowing down their PC too much (or without making the PC feel bloated). Even seeing 5 different tray icons would be a pain for me.

    Two: Prevx/SOL + Private Firewall. These 2 have the following 7 security components:

    Prevx/SOL: AV + anti-keylogger + behavior blocker + anti-drive-by

    PFW: FW + HIPS + Anomaly detection

    Though I am still in the process of finding the perfect setup, so much software to try so hard to chose the perfect one.
