How manage client lists at ERAC?

    Hai guys,
    I'm new be at this forum.
    I'm join because I have many problems about client list at ERAC.
    The problems are
    1. why the same user (MAC Address is same) twice at client list? I have a solution from ESET but its not running. Maybe the reason is that the client list isn't auto refresh.
    2. How make client lists at ERAC to auto refresh?
    3. I dont undestand about auto update for client. Because at my ERAC client doesn't auto update, my ERAC is new.

    Hi

    You can get duplicate entries if your clients have two network cards (e.g,. wired and wireless) as ERAC uses the MAC to identify comptuers. However there's an option in the server settings caled "allow client address changes" (or similar) which solves this.


    Jim

    EDIT Tools > Sever Options > Advanced > Advanced > Advanced > "Enable MAC Address Renaming"

    Set this to Yes, delete your entries, and let them repopulate. YOu will no longer have duplicates.

    Hi,
    In the option, there are 3 option about "Enable MAC Address Renaming"?
    Which option can be set to "yes", all or one on them?
