I tried BurnAware Free to copy a DVD to an image and it was taking forever so I quit. After 15 minutes it had only copied 5mb of 6.5gb. At that rate I'd be at it this time tomorrow. So my question is, has anyone else used it and had the same experience? My computer's slow but it shouldn't be that slow. Something seems amiss.

USA still the best. But barely.
    Maybe DRM interfering?

Thanks zapjb. I think that was it. I tried it on an older disk and on one that wasn't encrypted at all and it made an image in about a half hour each. I just assumed if it couldn't decrypt it would stop and give some kind of message. Maybe it was decrypting but takes 24 hours to do it. :)

I have a foggy memory of years ago having disk media that I couldn't burn with any conventional Windows burning software. But using K3b in Linux worked. It could've been another issue though not DRM.
