    Hello all,

Can anybody inform me on the procedure after the creditcard info is send?
I've written several emails after that, but no reply at all was received here!

How long do I have to wait for a response?

Normally I can register and use a program, bought via creditcard, within hours, what did I do wrong?

    Frans

    Frans,

Usually it doesn't take long. Could well be your emails (perhaps theirs as well?) have bounced for some reason or another. I'm pretty sure one of the DCS staff members will react over here asap - taking time zones into account.

    regards.

Hi Frans, did you email to sales@diamondcs.com.au with the name and way of payment and date and via which way etc etc you bought it? Maybe good to send a CC to support@diamondcs.com.au too
It's there almost 4 in the morning right now, so in a few hours they might come to you.

Hello and thanks for your input! :D

Before I did the actual buy, i've had some email to and from the TDS people because my trial was over a long time ago.

that email went to tech@diamondcs.com.au including my cardinfo. They requested that I send it to them.

Now I will recend the info to the address you mention above.

    Thanks

    Frans

Also mention the email address and name and date of the purchage to ease finding you back. Maybe you copied the purchage form from the site.
Hope to see you soon in the registered operators only areas in the forums too!

There has been a lot of bouncing of emails lately - or stripping of email attachments. It seems like some providers would rather strip/bounce ALL attachments rather than deal with the worm problem properly :'(

If anyone doesn't receive their key it is NOT because we didn't send it, its more likely the mailserver. In such cases simply email us and we will check - if you SHOULD have received it then we will find some other solution :)

I received my key this morning (Europe time)

I think it would be nice if "The Firm" would let new customers know that the order is received and in process!
    Then they can sleep.... :D

Now I'm having some troubles like the scan screen turning white on me and TDS not responding anymore.
But I will open another thread for that later....

Thanks to all who responded to my mail

    Frans
