I've been using Zemana lately but wondered how it compared with programs like Geswall and Comodo Firewall with regard to system protection. It seems to be good at detecting keyloggers etc but what about system protection?

As Firzen said, Zemana on x64 is pretty weak at the moment because it's still not fully developed, but on x86 it's very good for it's purpose :D

Thanks for that and all the other replies. I have a clearer picture now. It actually looks quite good.
