How do they hijack DNS?

    It is said China has hijacked DNS again. At least people in china now can not use encrypted google seach at the moment,starting from about 8 p.m. today. Can you?

    I use 8.8.8.8 as my first DNS server,208.67.222.222 as my second one. So does it mean that both servers are hijacked? :doubt:
