how do I setup my VPN so that it's the only I can connect to the internet?

Of course there is no cost. All XeroBank software is free.

 

If whitecap won't work than are there any more suggestions?

I'm not looking for a permanent solution such as using a firewall. I'm using a temporary http or socks proxy and I only need it for the purpose of having a unique IP. Anonymity isn't a real concern in this situation.

The reason I'm looking for software to do this is that sometimes I forget to connect the proxy or reconnect it.

I would like to be able to have some kind of software that will help do this and add/change the IP setting simply.

If a firewall is the only option then can somebody make a recommendation? Would anything work? Zonealarms free firewall? How do you configure it though? What kind of settings am I looking for?
