How do i set my ewido anti-spyware 4.0.0.172 plus to do maximum protection possible?

    is there any guide on setupping my ewido to highest protection possible? (like those guide by blackspear on nod32)

    It's already is set to max with a default install, only cookies can be checkmarked under "Shield".

    And you should set up some scheduled scans. I would suggest you to setup a Scan over all Drives at least once a month.

    A scan in the Windows directory and the Documents and Settings directory including Memory and Registry scan daily or at least every second day ;)
