Scanned my system with NOD32 build 8740 and found 2 trojans. Right-clicked items in scanning log and get options 'clear log' and 'information'. The 'clean' option is not available. How can I remove these trojans?

Hi . Currently my built is 8743 (signature version 1969) . Make sure your definition is up-to-date by pressing Control Center -> Update -> Update now.

Make sure your settings are the same as this tutorial.

Open Control Center -> NOD32 -> Run NOD32 and perforum full Scan&Clean over your hard drives . NOD32 will take care of these threats :)

If you have problems deleting them in Normal mode , boot in Safe Mode and then perform full scan there . You can also use Ewido Micro for second opinion

I checked and NOD32 automatically updated to the latest definition. I had done an in-depth analysis with NOD32. I will do a Scan&Clean.
    Thanks.

Here is a link to a web page, the home of "Snippy". This is a handy little freeware utility which enables individual parts of a window to be outlined as required and automatically saved to your clipboard as .jpg image. You can then deal with the image as you require.

Greetings All, I am new to NOD....

I had a laptop with 2 trojans no other AV could detect. After successful scan, good as new. :thumb: :thumb: :D
