How do I make a recovery of your computer without the windows cd?

    How do you do a recovery on your computer without any cds?

    If I understand correctly your question, the answer is through an image backup. Some companies like Samsung, recently they won't give you a CD with a new computer, but you can let them reinstall the OS at least during the warranty period.

    If you a windows xp preinstalled on your computer you can create a boot cd with those files

    But it's best to just do an image backup of your windows partition and save it on an external drive or good quality blank dvd's. This will return your computer back to it's current configuration with all updates/programs etc.

    But you do need an offline recovery option. If all you have is a recovery partition on your computer and that hard drive fails, it will take your recovery options with it.
