Trend Micro Internet Security was uninstalled from my PC a few weeks ago. I used ccleaner after removal to clean leftovers, but the highlighted entry in the screenshot appears whenever I plug in a USB device. I find it most unaesthetic :ouch:

    Thank you.

    Look through these locations.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\AutoplayHandlers\Handlers\

    or

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\AutoplayHandlers\EventHandlers\

Take a look here also. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

    and

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

Probably worth just searching through/ and removing your entire registry for Trend Micro entries. Back up your registry before doing that, though.

Thanks a lot Philby and Keyboard-Commando. I deleted Trend Micro leftovers in the suggested locations and everything is well now. :D

    Thank you.
