how come eset doesn't check the links they provide on their web site?

the below link is provided on eset's web site, supposedly directing you to a download link from which you can supposedly download a certain av sw's removal tool. but soon as you download and double click on this tool, it turns out that it's not the sw's removal tool (clean uninstaller) but a removal tool for:

I have no clue where you found that link. ESET cleaners commence with "E" in their name and surely they are not hosted at dlpro.antivir.com
