How can I remove deleted group tasks from the group task list?

(True Image Management Console v 9.1, Build 3,886)

See image below. Some of these are over a year old, and I want to delete them from this list. Due to the number of workstations coming and going at my office, I constantly need to delete and create new tasks (which wouldn't be necessary if I could just edit a task, but that's an entirely different thread).

Anyway, how can I remove these old tasks from the list?

Could you please clarify, what happens when you choose a task you want to delete and click the "Delete group task" button (see screenshot)?

Hi,

The only time I can click the Delete Group Task button is if it's a task that is active. If I highlight an active task and click Delete Group Task, it puts a red X on that task, like you see in my screenshot.

After that, if I highlight one of the tasks I've already deleted, the Delete Group Task button stays greyed out.

 

I have the same problem. I can't remove deleted group tasks...

 

Any resolution?

 

Hello all,

Please note that this button 'Delete Group Task' removing tasks from remote (target) computer only, not from this list. I'm afraid that there is no way to clear the list via GUI. You can manually remove file Group.fdb located at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\

Please note that in this case you would need to reinstall Acronis Backup Server component.

Please also note that we've added possibility to remove tasks via GUI in the latest version of Acronsi True Image Echo Workstation.
