    I bot NOD32 thru newegg.

I went to the activate page and input my information.

I did not receive an email.

I created a support request. I got the "we got it" support message.
    That was 3 days ago.

I replied to that message asking when I would hear about my support question.

I have yet to hear anything.

    Thanks,

Have no idea, but when you find out, can you let me know too please! These forums are probably as good as anything.

The queries are forwarded to the distributor a user has purchased the program from, so it depends. Generally you should get a response within 1 work day, but there may be slight delays sometimes if there are too many queries in the queue.

Well -- 4 work days is MORE than a slight delay.
It was more than a slight delay when I posted here yesterday.

    This is VERY disappointing.

When I input my information, it said I should hear something within 20 minutes or something like that.

Guess I'll just have to contact the consumer guy on the radio if I don't hear from ESET by Saturday.

I like Nod32 -- but poor customer service like this takes as much time out of my life to deal with as does having my system slowed down by some of the less efficient AV proggies.

And it looks like I'm not the only one!

    Jeepers.

Okay -- well, back to work.

    Thanks for the information.

Instaead of complaining, I'd suggest you PM me more details as I have absolutely no clue about your case. It is possible that your query went directly to newegg. Could you please re-send your query to support[at]eset.com with this thread's url enclosed so that I can have a look at it and investigate what happened to your initial query?
