How can I allow this packet to downlink!

Hi,

You need to create a raw rule by using the RawRuleEdition plugin.
You can get this plugin fomr there:
http://www.looknstop.com/En/plugin.htm

The easiest way to create the rule:
- by using the standard rule edition create a rule that will catch 47-GRE IP protocol (this one is in the list).
- then edit the rule with the plugin, and replace the value 47 by 89

By this way you don't need to understand all the other fields of the RawRuleEdition dialog box, as they have already been set by the standard rule edition.
