hotmail screwup

Pretty green with computers ,as well as these boards.but here goes-W/xp/pr.E, I.E Every time I go to my emails I am faced with an error mssg on both my H.M accts,requiring me to go and resign in.This is neverending,and really pains me.I have recieved little help from msn save re signing in .Does anyone have any ideas? I have Z.Alarm firewall,,Microsofts{giant} spyware,,and Kaspersky A.V. Thank You
