hotbackup option not available

    Paragon Drive Copy 12 pro. Settings - hot processing options - Microsoft option is greyed out and hotbackup is not available. Documentation shows it should be available. Get the VSS: Can't read volume data with VSS. Tried also with no hot processing in boot time and get same error. HDD is error free. Want to try with hotbackup.

    P.S. Win 7 home pro, Dell desktop with Intel CPU. Internal SATA drive to USB external SATA.
