Hot_Kiss / XXXSERVER

We are being plagued by the above porn icons which are related. Often, soon after we log onto AOL the Hot_Kiss graphic hardcore porn popup appears and almost immediately we are disconnected. We get a "You have been disconnected by a remote host" message.

We keep deleting the icon from our start up screen and from the bottom toolbat but it just reappears. Once we opened it to see who was behind it. There was an address - help@edvansolution.com - but we could not get a message through. We have Webroot Spy Sweeper but it is unable to sweep Hot_Kiss away.

Help would be most appreciated.
