Home 11 will not install "program too big to fit into memory"

    I am trying to install Home version 11 onto an XP w/SP2 machine with 1 GB RAM. I just rebuilt the machine and am trying to install the "update" verion I bought. I don't think I really need to install my version 10 first then install my 137 MB update version? If I try to install it I get error "program too big to fit into memory" message. I do not get any install screen...just this error and the install ends. I have tried shutting off my AV but this did on help. Any ideas?

    Resolved....redownloaded the exe...appears to install
