    The perfect gift for someone running a non-hatcheted version of Windows 8.x, running metro apps with built-in Microsoft targeted advertising, tied to a Microsoft account, a Microsoft account tied to personal information and probably social networking sites, using Microsoft email/storage/office cloud services, using Skype, with an XBox in the living room, maybe a Microsoft mobile device or two, etc.
