Seems lately the bubble has burst on the so called secure Mac. Earlier Mac would threaten researchers but now more and more are exposing Mac's holes. Seems they have been sleeping around in their previous laurels. Its Unix based so security when patched up won't be an issue.

    One thing I always think.

In windows I know a little bit what is happening on my system while I am suing a HIPS, Behav Blocker, etc like something trying to execute, something trying to access other application in memory. driver install etc. Then there are sandboxes and virtualization software.

No such options in OSX, seems a blind security game.
