    Hi! I may or may not be infected with coolwebsearch. I have the latest version of CW Shredder (v1.56.2), and when I "scan only" it shows this:

    But when I run CW Shredder to "fix", it reports my system as clean.

    I have scanned with the latest Ad-aware (Reference file 01R290) update, Spybot, and scanned for viruses. All scans show my system to be clean.

    the shredder log is clean

    what you are misreading is that it says

    IF the Dwordvalue is 2 then you are infected, but as yours are 4 you are clean

    I can't see any obvious signs in the hijack log of any infections
