    Will the paid version of HitmanPro run in realtime like Prevx?

    No realtime protection.
    Free version will scan for malwares. Paid version will remove malwares.

    I don't think it will conflict PrevX is made to be compatible with other security softwares but I still would not use both of them same time. Atleast I would choose any traditional AV with PrevX:)

    Hitman Pro doesnt have any realtime functionality, so of course it wont conflict :D
