Any ideas on what has possessed by computer? I've run Spybot, Spyguard, Spyblaster and Adaware and I still keep getting random popups and "script error" messages, usually from www.clickspring.net, through my popupsstopper, even if no IE browser window is open. Sometimes programs will try ro install of which I have no knowledge of origin. I have also since installed Mcaffe and though it found a few things the popups continue. Many thanks for any help you can offer...

    Hi kitzmark,

Before you start please unzip hijackthis.exe to a folder of it´s own. The program creates backups in the folder it is in. This will end up on your Desktop now.

Check the following item in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WNSC] C:\WINDOWS\System32\wnsintsv.exe

    Then reboot and find:
If the file looks like this:
[IMG] and I'm pretty sure it will, delete it.

If not, please post back or mail the file to the address in my profile.
