I ran X-Cleaner on my friend's system because he's been experiencing intercepted e-mail for quite a while. He also recently had a whole folder of photos vanish. The program found some malicious stuff and removed it.

I also ran the freeware version of TrojanHunter. It found nothing.

Here is the HijackThis log from his machine:

    Hi there,

I only see these two running that should go :

    O3 - Toolbar: Zipclix - {319A68DB-06D0-46DA-9F93-A810D5A70836} - C:\Program Files\Zipclix\zipclix.dll

    O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://207.188.7.150/27cd8e4b3def90566101/netzip/RdxIE601.cab

And the fact that this entry that is supposed to run just once keeps sticking in startup, in a temp folder.

    O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [DELDIR0.EXE] "C:\DOCUME~1\NICKMO~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\DELDIR0.EXE" "C:\Program Files\McAfee\McAfee Shared Components\Guardian\"

Do you feelm McAffee is working 100% or you encountered some probs/warnings?

    Thanks

    Cheers,
